The auto regression model of seventh order was developed to estimate the spore load at a given time in terms of spore load of previous seven days. The method of least squares was used for estimating the parameters of the model and finding the auto correlation coefficient. Multiple auto correlation coefficients were R*=0.76 and R*=0.80 for the year 1998-99 and 1999-2000, respectively.
