B.E. Krishna, T.B. Allolli

Abstract

A  field experiment conducted on red sandy loam soil under irrigated conditions to study the influence of incorporation of leucaena loppings with different sources of nutrients on morphological features and yield attributes of tomato revealed significant increase in morphological features of tomato like plant height (155.93 cm), number of branches (25.13), number of functional leaves (274.42) and yield parameters viz., average fruit weight (79.92g), fruit diameter 95.90 cm) and fruit yield (30.99 t/ha) of alley tomato when it was norrished with leucaena lopping @ 5 t/ha and FYM @ 25 t/ha+25% recommended dose of fertilizer.
