An individual holds towards a system exercises a significant influence on his acceptance or rejection of the system. This study was designed to develop a scale to measure attitude of farmers towards adoption of plant protection measures. The method of equal appearing intervals was adopted The final scale comprised of 20 statements. This scaje was standardised for administration.
