Incorporation of amendments and zinc levels had significant influence on decreasing the pH and ESP of sodic soil in rice-cowpea cropping system. Among amendments gypsum plus daincha and among zinc levels 50 kg ZnS0₄ ha^-1 were most efficient in ameliorating the sodic soil and their combination was the best.
