Ovarian follicular fluid (FF) from different size follicles (Small, Medium and Large) were collected in buffalo ovaries obtained from civil slaughter house, Bangalore, during monsoon and winter season. The total protein (TP) concentration of FF in different sized follicles as well as in serum was estimated as described by Bradford (1976). The FF protein concentration in different sized follicles remained relatively constant. The TP concentration of FF and serum was similar. This could be due to the existence of continuous equilibrium between blood plasma and FF. The protein concentration in FF as well as in serum did not vary significantly (P>0.05) during monsoon and winter season
