The field experiment was carriedout to study the effect of chemical ripeners on cane yield, commercial cane sugar and quality parameters. Among the chemical ripeners. PSR at 2.51/ ha recorded sugar yield (23.18 Mg/ha) and cane yield (203.83 Mg/ha). Spraying of chemicals at 10 month stage gave higher sugar and cane yield than 8 month stage.
