A total number of 206 randomly selected Agricultural Assistants of Dharwad district constituted the sample. Results indicated that majority of the Agricultural Assistants had medium level of job performance. Job attitude, mass media exposure, job perception, job satisfaction and facilities and resources available significantly explained the variation in job performance.
