Field experiment was conducted during Kharif 1988, at Dharwad to know the performance of grain amaranth genotypes. Among the genotypes IC 35463 recorded higher plant height, more number of leaves total drymatter production and highest grain yield (8.25 q/ha). It was on par with IC 420005 and IC 21930.
