Studies on the seasonal Incidence of Idioscopus nagpurensis (Pruthi), I. nitidulus (Walker), Amritodus atkinsoni (Lethierry), their succession and varietal influence on the seasonal incidence were made on unprotected (Piary) and insecticide protected (eight varieties and six hybrids) mango trees, revealed that all the varieties and hybrids differed significantly with respect to the occurance of leafhoppers in various months.
