Monoconidial culture of Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatum Boedijn and Reitsama was isolated from the infected parts of Eucalyptus teretecorms. The fungus made maximum growth on eighth day after seeding. Among different liquid media, Richards's medium supported maximum mycelial growth (461 mg). The fungus attained maximum growth at pH 6.0 (450.66 mg) and temperature 30°C (410.66 mg)
