Physiological and Biochemical Factors Associated with Fruit Bud Differentiation in Alphonso Mango II- Peroxidases

Abstract

The specific activity of peroxidase was correlated with reducing sugar content of Alphonso mango buds and scar buds during fruit bud differentiation (FBD). The probable involvement of peroxidase in ethytene synthesis is discussed.
